These terms apply to the website at simetta.com, run by Uptimize Solutions (“Uptimize”, “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The website and the demo
- You may use the site and play its sample lessons and tests to evaluate Simetta, for yourself or for your company.
- The demo runs on a made-up company. Its customers, items, prices and people are fictional, and any resemblance to real businesses is coincidental.
- Please don’t copy, scrape or resell the site’s content or the simulator, try to break or overload it, or use it to build a competing product.
Not the real ERP
Simetta simulates ERP screens for training. It is not the ERP it imitates and does not connect to one. Epicor and Prophet 21 are trademarks of Epicor Software Corporation; Simetta is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epicor. Other product names on the site belong to their owners.
Training content is guidance
Lessons, debriefs and the costs they describe explain common practice and typical consequences. Your company’s own policies and ERP setup may differ, and they take precedence. Nothing on the site is legal, accounting or financial advice.
Prices and plans
Prices on the pricing page are in US dollars and exclude taxes. They can change; a signed order or agreement sets the price your company pays. Use of the Simetta service is governed by that agreement, which controls if it differs from these terms.
Our content
The site, the simulator, the lessons and the Simetta name and mark belong to Uptimize. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the site as described here.
No warranty, limited liability
The website and demo are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Uptimize is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or demo, and our total liability for it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Privacy
How we handle information is in the privacy policy.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Questions go to hello@simetta.com.
